This policy explains how Nova Synchronicity AB, trading as Pouch Store, uses cookies and similar browser storage. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are disabled until you make a choice. Microsoft Clarity can still collect limited cookieless page-view and basic interaction data in no-consent mode, as described below.
Your choices
The first time you visit, you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or choose individual categories. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from shopping. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Your privacy choices in the footer.
We retain a consent receipt containing an anonymous consent ID, the choices and text version shown, the selected site language, and the date and time of the decision. We do not attach that receipt to your name or email address.
Your choice is requested again after six months or sooner if the purposes or policy materially change. If your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement remains disabled and an earlier advertising choice is withdrawn.
Essential storage — always active
Essential storage is required to provide the service requested by you and to keep the store secure. It includes:
- Cart and checkout storage: remembers cart contents, an anonymous cart session and selected shipping country until the cart is cleared or browser storage is removed.
- Age confirmation:
pouch-age-verifiedremembers for up to 180 days that the age check was completed. New confirmations do not store the entered birth date. - Language preference:
pouchstore_localeand matching local storage remember the selected language for up to one year. - Authentication and security: session and security storage supports account login, fraud prevention and reliable application operation.
- Consent choice:
pouch-cookie-consentremembers your categories for up to 180 days, until the policy version changes, or until you change your choice.
Analytics — optional
If you consent, Pouch Store creates an anonymous visitor identifier and records page visits, device category, approximate country, referrer and campaign information. This helps us understand popular pages and improve the store. The identifier is rotated after 395 days or removed when consent is withdrawn; saved campaign attribution expires after 30 days.
We also load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-1CPMXPPFD2). Google Analytics commonly uses cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits and sessions. Pouch Store configures the main identifier for no more than 395 days and disables Google signals and ad-personalisation signals. These cookies are removed where browser access permits when analytics consent is withdrawn.
Microsoft Clarity (project xq41b65pe9) loads in no-consent mode by default. Without analytics consent, it receives limited page-view and basic interaction data without setting first-party or third-party Clarity cookies; each page view receives a separate identifier, so journeys are not linked across pages. If you grant analytics consent, Clarity may set _clck and _clsk cookies to connect page views, create heatmaps and provide session recordings. Sensitive form fields are masked. Withdrawing analytics consent returns Clarity to cookieless mode and removes accessible first-party Clarity cookies.

Advertising measurement — optional
If you consent, we load Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TSV6R9D9) and allow Google Ads measurement storage. Google may use cookies beginning with _gcl and advertising click identifiers to determine whether an ad led to a purchase. Typical Google Ads conversion cookies may remain for up to 90 days, depending on the configured tag.
This category is for conversion measurement. Pouch Store currently sends ad_personalization as denied and does not enable personalised advertising through this consent tool.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity helps us understand page performance and basic interactions such as clicks and scrolling. In no-consent mode, Clarity uses no persistent cookies and cannot connect activity across page views. Analytics consent enables its session cookies and fuller behavioral analytics. Microsoft may process this information outside Sweden or the EEA under its applicable safeguards. Live chat storage
The Donkey Support widget is loaded only when you choose to open live chat. It uses sw_visitor_id and pouch-support-visitor-v1 in local storage to maintain the same conversation identity when you close and reopen the site. An account-specific sw_state_v1_* session record and pouch-support-state-v1-* local backup preserve unread and open-state information. These essential chat records remain until browser storage is cleared and are not used by Pouch Store for advertising.
