What we collect
To process your order we collect your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, order details and payment status. When you use a shopping cart or registered account, we also record technical data such as your IP address, browser or device information and an approximate country, region and city derived from Cloudflare network data. IP-based location is approximate and is not precise GPS location. Complete card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Pouch Store.
How and why we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, send order updates, provide cart continuity, manage accounts, handle inquiries, prevent fraud, meet accounting and age-restriction obligations, and protect the store. These activities are based on performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a secure ecommerce service.
We use Microsoft Clarity in cookieless no-consent mode to receive limited page-view and basic interaction data. In this mode, Clarity does not set first-party or third-party cookies, uses a new identifier for each page view and cannot connect a visitor's journey across pages. If you consent to analytics, Clarity may use cookies to connect page views into sessions and provide fuller heatmaps and session recordings.
With your consent, we also use first-party analytics and Google Analytics to understand storefront usage, and Google Ads technology to measure whether advertising led to visits or purchases. Optional analytics and advertising storage remains disabled unless you consent. We currently keep personalised advertising disabled.
Sharing
Where necessary, we share data with service providers involved in hosting and security (including Cloudflare, Supabase and IPGeolocation.io for IP-based VPN, proxy and threat intelligence), payment processing, order fulfilment and shipping, transactional email, customer support, and legal or regulatory compliance. Microsoft receives limited page-view, device, approximate location and interaction data through Clarity; Clarity's persistent session cookies remain disabled unless you consent to analytics. If you consent to the relevant category, Google may receive device, interaction and conversion data through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. We do not sell your personal information.
Some privacy laws may treat advertising measurement disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity even when no money changes hands. We only enable this optional category after consent, provide a permanent privacy-choice control in the footer, and treat a supported Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out from advertising measurement.

Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage that are essential for the cart, checkout, language choice, age confirmation, account security and consent preferences. With your consent, we use optional analytics and advertising measurement technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the current categories, purposes and typical retention periods.
You can accept, reject or customise optional technologies in the consent notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Your privacy choices in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it and does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Retention and international processing
We keep order and accounting information for the period required by applicable law. Account, support and marketing information is retained only as long as needed for its stated purpose or until consent is withdrawn, subject to legal obligations. Some service providers may process data outside Sweden or the EEA using appropriate transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local data protection authority. Contact us at support@pouchstore.com to exercise these rights.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to know, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing and targeted advertising, and appeal a refused privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We verify requests proportionately before acting on them.
Live chat support
When you choose to open live chat, Donkey Support processes the messages and any name, email address or order number you provide so we can respond. Messages are delivered to our support team through Telegram. The support widget is not loaded until you choose to open it.
Do not send payment-card details, passwords or other highly sensitive information through live chat.
Storefront security and visit analytics
For storefront security and fraud prevention, we record the IP address, browser and device information, request time, and approximate country, region, and city associated with visits. If you consent to analytics, we also connect visit duration, page and button interactions, and campaign attribution to that visit. We do not record form contents or keystrokes for this purpose. IP-based location is approximate and is not precise GPS location.
