Returns Policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop, starting the day you take physical possession of the items. For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened nicotine pouch cans cannot be returned — only unopened, sealed cans in their original packaging are eligible.
How to start a return
Notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing support@pouchstore.com with your order number. After notification, ship the items back within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Do not ship items back without confirmation.
We will provide the return address and shipping instructions after approving your request. Please do not send goods without return instructions from our support team.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. A 2-year right of complaint applies under Swedish law for defects in material or workmanship.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect items as you would in a physical store, but not put them into actual use. Diminished value from handling beyond this may reduce your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return). Standard delivery costs are included in the refund.
