Shipping Policy
Shipping availability and delivery time depend on destination country. Final shipping options and rates are shown at checkout once a country is selected. tracked delivery rates start from €5.00 and are calculated from destination and total product weight in five bands up to 1,500g. Orders above 1,500g are quoted as multiple tracked parcels.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders placed before 17:00 CET are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Europe via tracked delivery.
Delivery within the EU/EEA typically takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier availability.
Packaging
All orders ship in discreet packaging with no product labelling on the outside.
Age verification on delivery
Some destinations may require age verification on receipt. Carriers may refuse delivery if the recipient cannot prove they are 18+.
Customs & duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local restrictions on nicotine products. These are the responsibility of the customer.
